We wanted to tell you how very much we appreciated your professionalism and help during the sale of Mother's house.  You did a wonderful job and it really meant a lot to us.  The day of closing, she was feeling really nostalgic and sad and I was a little worried about her.  It turned out fine though because after we got to the attorney's office and she met the couple who were buying the house, she felt much better.  I think she just wanted the reassurance that someone was going to live there who would enjoy it and take care of it. 

Again, thanks from the bottom of our hearts for your splendid work.  We are very appreciative.
